1. Introduction

The following individuals, families, groups, institutions, and community members are eligible to apply for services at Kinship Psychotherapy Umuryango from anywhere and according to their choices and needs.
We encourage all applicants to request relevant information before applying for any service. We are available 24/7 through chatting, email communication, and social media platforms.
All our providers, staff members, facilitators, and volunteers are available to support and assist you within your community and surrounding areas.
Client application approval shall be subject to review and verification by the administration of Kinship Psychotherapy Umuryang or Clients may also be referred or transferred according to their health needs

2. KPU Volunteer Application Criteria (Talent & Career Guidance, Client Support & Umuryango Resilience)

1.Applicants must provide verified and reliable personal identification confirming their identity.

2.Applicants must be 18 years and above with good moral conduct and commitment to community service.

3.Applicants must demonstrate interest or experience in talent development, career guidance, psychosocial support, or community work.

4.Applicants must show understanding of KPU programs including talent & career guidance, client services, and Umuryango resilience support.

5.Applicants must demonstrate strong values of Ubumuntu, respect, confidentiality, empathy, and responsibility.

6.Applicants must be willing to support assessments, guidance sessions, follow-ups, and community-based activities.

7.Applicants must be willing to assist in client application support, data collection, and basic reporting under supervision.

8.AApplicants must respect KPU policies, safeguarding rules, and ethical standards at all times.

9.Applicants must ask relevant questions and seek clarification when necessary to ensure proper understanding of application, tasks and services.

10.Applicants must be open to training, supervision, and continuous learning.

11.Applicants must have good communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.

12.Applicants must be available to work in KPU centers, community outreach, schools, online platforms, or partner institutions.
