The following individuals, families, groups, institutions, and community members are eligible to apply for services at Kinship Psychotherapy Umuryango from anywhere and according to their choices and needs.
We encourage all applicants to request relevant information before applying for any service. We are available 24/7 through chatting, email communication, and social media platforms.
All our providers, staff members, facilitators, and volunteers are available to support and assist you within your community and surrounding areas.
Client application approval shall be subject to review and verification by the administration of Kinship Psychotherapy Umuryang or Clients may also be referred or transferred according to their health needs

1.Applicants may be individuals, families, youth, students, or couples seeking KPU services.

2.Applicants must provide accurate personal, family, and contact information related to requested services.

3.Applicants agree to participate in psychosocial, behavioral, or family assessments when needed.

4.Applicants agree to give informed consent to receive appropriate support and services.

5.All applicants must respect KPU values including Ubumuntu, confidentiality, respect, good behavior, and positive collaboration with professionals.

6.Personal information and interview discussions will remain confidential and used only for professional service purposes.

9.Applicants are expected to attend all scheduled appointments, mentorship, family strengthening, and psychosocial support sessions on time.
