1. Introduction

The following individuals, families, groups, institutions, and community members are eligible to apply for services at Kinship Psychotherapy Umuryango from anywhere and according to their choices and needs.
We encourage all applicants to request relevant information before applying for any service. We are available 24/7 through chatting, email communication, and social media platforms.
All our providers, staff members, facilitators, and volunteers are available to support and assist you within your community and surrounding areas.
Client application approval shall be subject to review and verification by the administration of Kinship Psychotherapy Umuryang or Clients may also be referred or transferred according to their health needs

2. KPU Applicant Understanding & Consent Summary (P6, S3, S6, TVET/IPRC & University)

1.Applicants must provide true and complete personal, school, and family information.
Abasaba bagomba gutanga amakuru y’ukuri kandi yuzuye ajyanye n’ubuzima bwabo, amashuri n’umuryango.

2.Parents/guardians or family members may participate in guidance, follow-up, and rehabilitation support where needed.
Ababyeyi, abarera cyangwa umuryango bashobora kugira uruhare mu gukurikirana, gutanga ubujyanama no gufasha rehabilitation igihe bikenewe.

3.Applicants must respect KPU/UCS policies, ethical standards, and Ubumuntu values.
Abasaba bagomba kubahiriza amategeko ya KPU/UCS, imyitwarire myiza n’indangagaciro z’Ubumuntu.

4.Applicants agree to participate in assessments, trainings, rehabilitation, talent development, and competition activities.
Abasaba bemera kwitabira amasuzuma, amahugurwa, rehabilitation, ibikorwa byo guteza imbere impano n’amarushanwa.

5.Outstanding participants in competitions may receive awards, certificates, school support, talent coaching, or leadership recognition.
Abitwaye neza mu marushanwa bashobora guhabwa ibihembo, certificates, ubufasha bw’ishuri, coaching y’impano cyangwa ibihembo by’ubuyobozi.

6.Personal information will remain confidential and used only for service and rehabilitation purposes.
