4.Applicants must have proven experience in talent identification, psychosocial support, career guidance, assessment, evaluation, and reporting.

5.Applicants must demonstrate strong ethical standards, professionalism, confidentiality, and respect for human dignity (Ubumuntu).

6.Applicants must commit to conducting accurate talent and career assessments, evaluations, and producing quality reports

7.Applicants must agree to follow KPU policies, facilitation guidelines, safeguarding rules, and supervision requirements.

8.Applicants must ask relevant questions and seek clarification when necessary to ensure proper understanding of application, tasks and services.

9.Applicants must be willing to participate in continuous training, supervision, and professional development programs.
